The Foundation
One focused mission. Two court programs.
The ATL and RISE Courts are operated by teams within the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. The Foundation is their nonprofit partner: an independent organization created to build community awareness, attract charitable support, and help the courts access resources beyond what public funding alone can provide. Our scope is intentionally local and specific. Every Foundation initiative is designed to strengthen ATL, RISE, and the people working to complete those programs.
