Our purpose
The FoundationThe ATL and RISE Courts bring judges, probation officers, attorneys, treatment providers, and participants together around a shared goal: reduce recidivism by pairing accountability with the structure and resources people need to move forward. The Foundation exists to strengthen that work.

Why a foundation
Public court programs operate within defined budgets and legal responsibilities. As their nonprofit partner, the Foundation can mobilize private support for participant needs, program resources, and opportunities that reinforce the courts’ rehabilitative work.
