Our purpose
The FoundationWe help two federal accountability courts turn rigorous supervision into a real opportunity for change.
The ATL and RISE Courts bring judges, probation officers, attorneys, treatment providers, and participants together around a shared goal: to reduce recidivism by pairing accountability with the structure and resources people need to move forward. The Foundation exists to strengthen that work.

Public court programs operate within defined budgets and legal responsibilities. As their nonprofit partner, the Foundation can mobilize private support for participant needs, program resources, and opportunities that reinforce the courts’ rehabilitative work.
